大S親口解密 如何火速瘦10公斤
現年41歲的大S前年生下第2胎兒子後,因身體狀況不佳,導致瘦身卡關,去年現身鏡頭前
總是圓潤,但她不愧曾是「美容大王」,下定決心沒有做不到的事,最近2個月瘦了10公
斤!
大S今表示,生完第2胎因荷爾蒙失調,心臟不舒服,花很多時間調養身體,那陣子瘦不下
來,後來等身體調養好了,她去醫院做全身健康檢查,吃含鐵、鋅、鈣等營養品,然後搭
配飲食、運動、戒酒和吃酵素等,2個月瘦10公斤,一向對體重守口如瓶的她說:「等我
再瘦4公斤,就會公布我的實際體重。」
大S變瘦後,汪小菲本來沒感覺,有一天半夜他起床上廁所,看到一個很瘦的女人跟進廁
所,嚇了一跳,定眼一看才發現是自己的老婆,他驚訝問大S:「你怎麼瘦這麼多?」才
知老婆瘦了10公斤,由於夫妻倆都愛裸睡,汪小菲最近抱瘦瘦的大S睡覺,特別「性」福
。
大S瘦了之後,現在已能穿最小號如S到XS尺寸,之前的衣服則全送給S媽。而她之前「幸
福肥」時,常被外界和網友做文章,如今瘦下來,她心情很平靜,建議:「瘦不下來的人
,應該去做健康檢查,知道自己身體哪裡出問題,才能針對問題去解決。」
汪小菲昨深夜有感而發po微博:「我真的很服我老婆,懷孕的時候想吃麥當勞肯德基,因
為以前一直吃素,趁著懷孕放縱一下。結果這兩天開始減肥,突然各種運動,什麼都不吃
了。我丈母娘總跟我說,菲,你老婆要想做一件事是誰也攔不住的,我體會了一下:她確
實很有主見,一個月瘦了十公斤(應為斤)。」
汪小菲對老婆讚不絕口:「這人厲害在哪兒呢,想幹嘛就幹嘛,想吃就吃,想瘦就瘦,有
毅力,有性格。」而大S久未分享近照,元旦曾透露自己狀態很好,如今瘦身成功消息曝

大S瘦身祕訣
一、飲食:少吃;營養師開的食譜,她都減一半,一天只吃早餐和午餐,不吃晚餐
1.早餐:一罐無糖優酪乳(大S只吃半罐)、半顆火龍果(大S吃1/4顆)
2.午餐:燙肉片5-6片(大S只吃2片)、燙青菜(大S吃2碗),不吃飯
二、運動:請老師來家裡教課
1.皮拉提斯和瑜伽(1周2次,1次花1小時)
2.倫巴(1-2周1次,1次花1小時)
3.重訓(如舉啞鈴、深蹲、核心肌群等運動,1周1次,1次花1小時)

這一天的熱量應該300大卡吧,還加上一個禮拜運動5天
能夠維持兩個月真的很誇張
